No special equipment is required. We provide light equipment such as resistance bands, soft balls, and cones when needed. Chairs and open space are typically sufficient.

Yes. Programs such as Walk & Roll, Sitting Yoga, and Movement Boost are specifically designed to support residents with mobility aids or limited movement.

Adopt an Athlete connects high school athletes with residents through pen pal relationships, monthly visits, and shared community events such as attending games together. It builds meaningful intergenerational relationships.

We offer flexible weekly or monthly service packages based on the number of sessions and programs selected. Custom packages are available. We charge between $80 to $100 per class.

Yes. We offer pilot sessions or trial periods so facilities can experience the program before making a long-term commitment.
